Meal Plan - Jamaican Style Menu
$200 US/pp/week US ($350 per couple, per week)
Day One
Breakfast:
Delicately seasoned, steamed Calaloo (greens) served with your choice
of toast, fried dumplings, or boiled bananas.Fresh Blue Mountain coffee and
orange juice.
Lunch: Delicious baked Vegetable patties, Beef Patties or chicken patties.
Lime-aid
Dinner: Rice and peas steamed in coconut milk, served with local catch
of the day (fish) or fricasse chicken if you are not a fish lover. Side salad.
Day Two
Breakfast:A Jamaican all time favourite. Roasted
breadfruit served with ackee and saltfish.
Lunch: Large salad with fresh local produce, served with cocoa bread.
Dinner:A delicious vegetarian stew, made from red peas, pumpkin,yam,
and local vegetables ,all steamed together in coconut milk.

Style Menu

Day One
Breakfast: Two eggs any style or an
omellete of your choice, served with toast. Fresh Blue Mountain coffee and
orange juice.
Lunch: Sandwiches of your choice Tuna, Grilled Cheese, Sliced
chicken etc. Served with light salad. Blended fruit punch.
Dinner: Chicken, prepared how you like it, fried, jerk, roast etc.
Your choice of potato,or rice, side vegetable .
Day Two
Breakfast: Fruit salad served with toast or banana
bread/muffins. Fresh Blue Mountain Coffee and orange juice.
Lunch: Sandwiches of your choice Tuna, Grilled cheese etc, served with
side of soup.
Dinner: Homemade vegetarian lasagna served with French loaf ,
side salad.
