Breakfast Options : Jamaican Menu 


Ackee : (local fruit) first boiled and then seasoned with codfish, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Served with your choice of two side options : fried plantain, fried dumplings, roasted breadfruit, boiled green banana or yam. Ackee can be also be served vegan style with no codfish.


Calaloo : (local greens) Similar in appearance to spinach. Steamed and seasoned with onions, tomatoes and peppers. Served with your choice of two of the above.


​Cabbage : Can be vegan or served with codfish. Steamed and seasoned with onions, tomatoes and peppers. Served with your choice of two of the above side options.


Porridge : Fresh steaming bowl with the options of oatmeal, grated plantain or cornmeal. Made with fresh grated coconut milk and seasoned with nutmeg and cinnamon.


Breakfast Options : Continental Menu 


Fresh fruit plate with what is currently in season : watermelon, papaya, banana, mango, pineapple, guava or Jamaican apple. Served with muffins or toast.


French Toast : Thick slices of fresh baked bread, dipped in our egg mixture seasoned with nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Fried to a golden brown perfection, served with butter and syrup.


Banana Pancakes : Lots of bananas go into our delicious golden brown pancakes, served with butter and syrup.


Bacon and Eggs: Bacon done to perfection with our signature scrambled eggs. Served with toast and sliced tomatoes.


Omelettes : Big fluffy 3 egg omelette with your choice of ingredients ranging from onions, peppers, tomatoes & cheese. Served with toast and sliced tomatoes.


Dinner Options : Jamaican Menu 


Authentic charcoal grilled juicy jerk chicken : seasoned to the bone and grilled to perfection. Can be as mild or as spicy as your palate desires. Served with your choice of rice and peas or seasoned white rice and fresh side garden salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing.


Curried chicken : Tender pieces of chicken in a coconut curry sauce. Served with seasoned white rice and fresh side garden salad with your choice of dressing.


Brown stew chicken : Tender chunks of chicken seasoned in a rich browning gravy, sauteed with onions, peppers and tomatoes. Served with your choice of rice, roasted breadfruit or yam and dumping.


Fried chicken : Seasoned chicken breaded and crisp golden fried served with fries and coleslaw.


Garlic or curried shrimp : Large size fresh shrimp cooking in a garlic butter sauce or curried, as mild or spicy as your palate desires. Served with seasoned white rice and fresh side garden salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing.


Brown stew fish : Fillets of red snapper lightly seasoned and breaded and golden fried. Cooked down in a rich gravy with onions, peppers and tomatoes. Best served with roasted breadfruit.


Steamed or roasted fish : Whole fish freshly caught, seasoned and stuffed with calalloo, foil wrapped and roasted or steamed on the charcoal grill. Served with roasted sweet potatoes / mashed potatoes and gravy or roasted breadfruit.


Succulent grilled garlic lobster : Fresh as fresh can be!! Grilled to perfection on our charcoal jerk center, topped with garlic butter. Served with your choice of salads

(Chick pea, potato, macaroni and or fresh garden) or seasoned rice and vegetable. 


Conch : Can be conch soup - A delicious rich soup with fresh conch and pumpkin.                : Conch bits - Yummy chunks of conch breaded and fried to golden perfection, served with tartar sauce and fries.


Pumpkin stew : A delicious vegan style stew with a rich pumpkin base and protein rich red peas. Simmered in a coconut milk with diced potatoes, carrots & yam. 


​Ackee & codfish : (Local fruit) It is picked raw and boiled first. Then simmered down with codfish, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Scotch bonnet pepper added if desired. 

​Delicious served with roasted breadfruit. Or your choice of rice and peas, or yam & potatoes.


Curried Goat : A local favorite. Meat is cut into bite sized portions and simmered down in a coconut curry sauce. Served with seasoned white rice & coleslaw.


​Oxtail : Another local favorite, which takes some time to prepare. Simmered down for hours to bring out the juicy tenderness of the meat, done in a rich brown gravy.

Served with your choice of rice & peas, seasoned white rice or mashed potatoes.

A True Jamaican Experience

  At Tropical Breeze we give two options for meal service. You may purchase our economical, delicious meal plan with Jamaican or Continental cuisine, or pay a separate fee for the chef, do your own shopping and create your own menu. The meal plan option is $200.00 pp per week. Marvin (the chef) will provide you with mouth watering, finger licking good food (which you wont get at any resort type place!) Many delicious menu options including succulent grilled garlic lobster, authentic juicy jerk chicken and ackee with codfish (the national dish), to name just a few. No matter what option you choose we will take into consideration any dietary restrictions (allergies, vegan, gluten free etc). With either option we provide breakfast and dinner service, with lunch provided by request only.
  With the purchase of a meal plan for breakfast you will be provided with your choice of coffee or tea (fresh herbal teas available), milk, non dairy creamer, sugar and fresh squeezed orange juice with your choice of entree. For dinner you will be provided with fresh squeezed lime-aid, pineapple juice or bottled water and your choice of entree.

​You will be responsible for the purchase of all other snacks and beverage choices.

​  With the option of paying a separate fee for the chef, it is $250.00 for the week of services. Marvin (the chef) will provide you with mouth watering meals of your choice, based on your shopping and menu choices. Please note that we can also provide the shopping services for you for a fee of $150.00 for the week. Under this plan we provide essentials only such as salt and pepper, brown sugar and tea bags. You will be responsible for all other food purchases, pantry items, snacks and beverage choices.
